What services do you offer?
We offer dog walking, pet sitting, puppy visits, overnight care, and custom in-home services for dogs, cats, and small animals in South Orange County, CA.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Dana Point, San Clemen and surrounding neighborhoods.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes! Wiggle and Waggle is fully insured and bonded, so you and your pets are protected every step of the way.
How do I book a service?
You can schedule a service through our website or contact us directly via phone or text. We also offer free meet-and-greets to get to know you and your pet before the first visit.
What’s included in a dog walk or pet visit?
Each visit includes fresh water, potty break or walk, playtime/snuggles, feeding (if needed), and a photo with update text so you know how it went!
Do you offer overnight pet sitting?
Yes! We offer overnight stays in your home to keep your pet comfortable in their familiar environment.
What if my pet has special needs or medications?
No problem! We have experience with senior pets, medication administration, and pets with anxiety. Just let us know during your consultation so we can tailor care to your pet’s needs.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety first! We still walk in light rain (with towels and paw wipes ready on your end!), but during extreme heat or storms, we’ll adjust the visit to include indoor enrichment and potty breaks.
Can I cancel my service once scheduled?
Yes, there is the following cancelation policy. For walks/visits canceled less than 24 hours before start time there will be a small fee of $10. For pet sitting there is a 10% cancelation fee of the total charge if not canceled within 72 hours of start date. Holiday cancelations for walks/visits will be $15 if not canceled within 48 hours, while pet sitting will be 15% of the total charge if canceled within 5 days of start. (The holiday cancelation fee’s will be charged because of having turn down other clients requests prior to the cancelation.)
Can I schedule last-minute visits?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests—text or call us, and we’ll let you know if we can fit you in!
Will I always have the same sitter/walker?
Yes you will. Most clients have the same trusted caregiver each visit, but if a substitute is ever needed, we’ll always let you know in advance.
How do payments work?
We accept Cash, Check, Zelle and Venmo. At this time a weekly text goes out with the total owed if Zelle or Venmo. Cash or Check on day of service.
